GS3 keeps checking Micro SDHC 32GB class 10 card

Hi, I've placed a NDY Micro SDHC 32GB class 10 card in my Galaxy S3 phone, must be coded for company use. After insertion I get the message that I have to enter a code to unlock the card, but I cannot enter this code: screen to do this does not respond, displays at the bottom that I have to enter the code, but 'continue' is greyed-out). Any resolution for this problem?
