Gs3 on the ps3

Can any tell me if theres a way to get my S3 to show up on my ps3 without using DLNA ive had this phone for about 5months now coming from the evo4glte and for some reason my ps3 doesn't recognize my phone through usb... please help

Yep I'm curious too cuz don't have a DLNA tv

Yes you can connect to your ps3 without a DLNA enable tv ...go to settings go to more and look for DLNA ...make sure your on wifi ...my problem is my wifi is slow and I want to transfer movies that I downloaded to my ps3 with out using wifi my wifes evo4glte allows her to but the gs3 doesn't show up

For usb you may need to create a "ps3" directory in the root directory of the phone and create a "video" directory- put the movies in that directory. I had to do something similar with a usb drive
