GS3 PDF

My wife has the GS3 brand new from T-Mobile and it won't open her PDF files. We have adobe reader on her phone and still doesn't open. The file opens fine on my Lumia 925 with adobe reader. Any ideas?

Try another app like officesuite pro 7.

Adobe pdf works fine on mine. Are you trying to open it from within PDF reader, or by going to the file directly? Are you sure the file isn't corrupted? If you haven't already, try a different pdf file. You might also try uninstalling the Adobe software and reinstalling it.

I've redownloaded it 6 times and nothing. I've tried opening it from the link, from the download folder, and from the adobe reader. Still no luck... The file does open just not on the GS3 she has and it's important that it can do that cause she does scheduling through it.

How about opening the file on another device and then re-saving it?
Sounds like maybe it was saved as an uprev version.
