gs4 GPS issue

Hello everyone im a new gs4 user upgraded from iphone a month ago and I love it, my favorite feature was the navigator until yesterday, it used to ask which navigator to use and i always chose the regular navigator over att nav and maps, when I did that it would display a black screen that said speak directions type directions or recently used my s-voice defaulted to this as well now it doesn't ask me what i want to use and defaults to the stupid google maps, if I ask s-voice for directions it does the same and defaults to maps, it then says not connected to network when I try and get directions from it on the road when the old one never did what happened to my Samsung navigator!

Goto your settings, goto apps, goto maps and hit clear defaults.

I just did that but the clear default option was not highlighted and said defaults not set for this app

Same thing happened to me I'm also looking to get my old navigator to work like it did before
