GS6E on T-Mobile missing Smart Lock?

I upgraded from a GS5 to a GS6E and I'm loving it! However I have an issue with what seems to be the absence of Smart lock. I also have a Gear 2 Neo and with that I initially installed Gear Manager which made Smart lock available on the GS5. This is the feature that automatically unlocks your phone as long as your Gear 2 is present. I just upgraded to the GS6 and when I loaded up the Gear Manager to my surprise Smart Lock is not available at all. Is anyone else with a GS6 / E and a Gear 2 / Neo also lacking this feature?
 
No, it's there, it's suppose to ask you if you want to use it as your Smart Lock every time you pair a Bluetooth device, but check if you have it activated under Lock Screen and Security-Other security settings-Trust Agents.
 
That's the weird thing. I don't see trust agents in my security settings at all. When I called Samsung yesterday they said they have no control over if a carrier disables a feature. It's like they were passing the buck and pointing fingers at T-Mobile. So I guess this is a T-Mobile problem? Why on earth would they want to make a flagship phone less secure? That doesn't make sense.

Smart lock shows on my T-Mobile s6e. But it only works half the time. I actually disabled my lock screen completely because I hate the Samsung one. I just want to double tap my notifications to open them :(

I have tmo and my phone has smart lock and it works just fine. I have it set or my Bluetooth in my car and to my pebble watch as well. Sure you're looking in the right place for it?

I also have TMO ad it works fine. I have my car and Bluetooth speaker synced with it. Look under settings/lock screen/secure lock settings.
 
Look under settings/lock screen & security/security lock settings. I have my car & a Bluetooth speaker hooked up & all is fine for me.
 
Yeah I'm looking in the right places but the option is still not there. Time to give T-Mobile a call.

Trust Agents will not show up if you currently do have not SCREEN LOCK active. Activate a simple lock pattern to enable the other security options. Otherwise if you have it under "Swipe, No Security" you will not see the Trust Agents
