Does anyone know what screen discharge while on/off means?

Biggest eater of my battery is my screen (now that cell standby seems to be gone) , and it seems to be discharging more while off than on.

Or means the discharge while the screen is on or the screen is off. I haven't found it to be very accurate

Hope the op doesn't mind my question as it is related.
I too use this app but find it not great. What other suggestions do people have for a battery monitor app?
