I been enjoying my Galaxy s 3 since it came out. I absolutely love it. but lately i notice my phone is becoming slow. I dont have that many apps installed and all my music is on my 16gb sd card. Any suggestions?

Go to settings developer options put animation and transition speed off it will help alot

I can't imagine how it can become slow (this thing is a beast ;) ), but try the following:

1. Remove Battery, and reboot.
2. Clear Recent Apps
3. Use Task Manager and Clear Memory (RAM Manager)
4. Once a month I clear the Cache from Apps.
5. Wipe phone Cache.

Are you rebooting the phone every so often? This will help...

I'd have to agree with this. I do it every day :)

Already done. does anybody else thinks that the stock keyboard is sluggish? tapping on a key takes a couple seconds to recognize it.?

Also removing ur sd card and sim card will help.. And clearing cache history and stuff in the settings on the Internet will help

You could also boot into recovery and erase the phone cache. Worked for me.

What does the animation and transition speed. What is it for and does anything not work when it's turned off

Best thing to do is to go change it to like 2 or 3 seconds and see what it does. Then change it to 0 and see if you miss it.

I decided to stick with .50 instead of 0.
