Hey guys,
So I ran into this weird issue with my nexus a while ago and cant find any answers, so I figured Id ask some of you guys.
So I have a GSM galaxy nexus. Got it about 2 weeks ago. When i got it, it came with ICS and shortly after had an OTA update for Jellybean.
After a few days it had an issue so I did a factory reset through the menu tree. It led to an android on its back with the red triangle. I had to pull the battery.
I tried booting it again. Now it has an unlocked padlock at the bottom that wasnt there before. The phone hasnt been rooted or anything... 100% stock.
Ive read that the padlock means it has an unlocked boot loader... but what unlocked it if I didn't?
TLDR factory rest, red triangle, padlock on boot.
