GTA Vice City not compatible?

I just want to know if any of you are able to download Vice City? It tells me that my phone isn't compatible with the latest version. It says in the description that the Note II is supported. What's the deal?

Its probably not compatible with 4.1.2. It came out when most of us were on 4.1.1

Go to its page in the play store and look at the reviews for this device only. Those reviews should tell for sure ir not.
