Hello, I have a A51 5G that I am sure that I am being hacked. I have to resign in on all my passwords everyday. I have paid 2000 dollars so far to get them off my phone and laptop. I changed to a new phone and same thing. I am not a techie person. If some one could offer advice. Oh the google system showed different apps running the the app on my phone that I own loaded. I have over 465 system apps on my phone I know nothing about. I hav been googled som of them. Com.sec.app.push:remote runa, TOS_Acked, android network stack.
I am in the middle of a divorce with a controlling alcoholic. He knows where I am at all time.
There is also a geo fence thing on my phone. I can’t get rid of these thing or change the setting. I can’t change the WiFi.and the Bluetooth comes on by itself and I turn it off again.
I am not getting email from my accounts. Please if you can help me. The phone is not out.
But I found a log on for a super user logon with his name DanG on I but no password.

Hi, welcome to AC!

Samsung devices have over 400 system apps

Whats Geo fence?

So far i havnt seen evidence your hack , did they take money from your bank account? Lock you out your phone and ask for a ransom? Any identity theft? Probably safest phone i can recommend is a iphone .

Welcome to Android Central! It is not unusual for Android devices to have lots of system apps preinstalled -- that's how the phones work. Pixel phones (the least bloatware-filled phone) have around 230 apps out of the box, the majority of them system apps. As mustang7757 said, Samsung phones typically have around 400 out of the box, because they also have their own preinstalled apps (all of the Samsung apps and services on top of Android and Google), as well as other bloatware that Samsung or the carrier might have preinstalled. So that is not something to worry about.

Remember also that just because you don't recognize an app by its name, or understand what it's for, that doesn't mean it's malicious. Unless you're an Android engineer, the vast majority of users will not recognize most of the system apps on the phone.

You mentioned that you have to sign into your accounts with your password every day. Which accounts are you talking about? Are these in apps (like Instagram, Facebook, etc.), or on websites in your browser?

Geofencing is a normal part of Android: https://developer.android.com/training/location/geofencing

Do you and your soon-to-be-ex-husband share the same Google account? Do you share your location with him in Google Maps? Do you overshare your life on social media (e.g., "checking in" to various locations like restaurants on Facebook, sharing pics of having a good time in a place immediately after taking them, etc.)? Those are easy ways for someone else to know where you are.

What do you mean that you "can't change the wi-fi"? Do you mean that you can't connect to other wi-fi networks?

There are circumstances where Bluetooth may come on by itself -- for example, if Bluetooth Scanning is turned on, that can improve Location Accuracy (search your system settings for "scanning" to find this setting).

What email provider are you using, and which email app? Are you certain you've entered your account information correctly?

Where did you find this "super user logon"?

Hello thank you for the help. My ex is not on any of my account. my Google ,Samsung and Microsoft accounts are on two step option with my phone number to log on.
They change my password and my phone I put the code they are sent to me I put in the trash right away never save passwords on my phone write everything down in a notepad. Even my AT&T account never touches my bank account but he knows just how much I have. I go to the attorney tomorrow I have a restraining order against him. So kinda scared. His friend Qi is a Software engineer in Orlando and he threat to do this to me. I have turned off all locations I can so the toggles will not move.
There is a bunch of things that access is not granted. I screenshoted it but not sure how to put it on here

Although it may be a hassle, you might want to create new accounts for yourself. When possible, make sure to use an authenticator app as your 2nd factor, not SMS (which is not entirely secure).

Gather all of this evidence and bring it to the authorities, since hacking is cybercrime.

In order to post an image in a thread reply, you need to be on the forum website on your browser, or use the AC Forums app based on Tapatalk (not the main Android Central app).

You could also just switch to a basic flip phone for awhile and take his power over you away. It sounds like you're not using many of your smartphone features anyway, so a flip phone would give you what you need. Don't play his game...move on.

I agree with the others that essentially suggest to nuke everything and start fresh. New Google account, etc. I'm also going to leave a couple security website links on possible options on how to proceed.

Kaspersky: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...eats/how-to-stop-phone-hacking&token=3Ebmol1Y

Webroot: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ng-and-sleep-like-a-baby-again&token=LjUdgdUf

Both sites suggest using their software...I am not endorsing one way or the other. Those are just some ideas on how to proceed.
