Hacked phone

I have apps I can't uninstall they only say disable I have been hacked and don't know what to it seems sepme has a user profile on my users and I can't get them off no matter what

Welcome to Android Central! It's worth noting that just because you don't recognize or understand what an app is for, it doesn't automatically make it malicious or mean you've been hacked. There are many preinstalled system apps that you can't uninstall nor disable (nor should you, unless you want to break your phone).
