Had to exchange because of this

Sprint phone. Had no issues for 10 days until this am the weirdest thing:

The back key was constantly activating when I wasn't even touching the keyboard. I even removed battery and also did a factory reset and it still did that. It was like a ghost. I never dropped it either. Anyone ever had this issue? Now I have to restore all again.

That's weird, try remove screen protector?

Had no screen protector. It was almost like the glass was pressing on the back button. Shocked I'd be the only one and it took over 10 days to do this.
