Had To Unpair Watch - Lost Google Fit Activities

I had to unpair my LG Watch Urbane with Android Wear and Pair to a new phone. I've lost my Google Fit Challenges that used to be on there before I unpaired. Not sure how to get them back. Wondering if my watch loaded an older version of Android Wear back on when it unpaired? I am doubting that since I have all updates on the watch.

Any suggestions?

Update...FIT should be on the watch to start challenges and workouts? It shows 1.55.23-500 (2015523500)...

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
