Hallo,i have an essential phone which doesn't power on

I have an essential phone that recognizes a charge but it does not power on..what should I do? Ppl lease help

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything happen if you press and hold Power for about 20 seconds?

Mine will do this occasionally or will freeze on the boot logo before it goes to the circle of balls. Hold Volume up and Power (hard restart) till you feel the phone vibrate then release both.
