Ok, odd problem and I am not sure if this is the best place to ask.
Handcent started playing the "Droid" ringtone as its default the other day. I didnt change it. I set it back to custom and it is fine.
BUT - now all custom contacts that I had individual ringtones for, or even ones I didnt have custom tones for ring as "Droid" and not the handcent default.
System default is also set to this custom tone. I havent tried deleting and seeing what happens yet with new incoming
But I really needed custom tones because I get 911 texts for emergency dispatch and have special tones for it.
This just started happening after recent update I think.
