Hands free Bluetooth issues

I use a hands free Bluetooth speaker while driving in my truck. Since I have had my Vivid I have not been able to get the volume to increase. I have used the rocker on the handset and on the speaker itself to no avail. It stays at the same volume whether I go up or down. I tried another speaker I have and it's the same thing. I also tried my Samsung Bluetooth earpiece and it also does the same thing. What could be going on. I only use hands free to talk on phone calls when I need to. Any suggestions? Do I have a bad handset? This is my only issue with the Vivid, other than that I love it.

I'm having an issue with playing music out of my Motorola T-305 Bluetooth Speaker. Hear calls just fine but music won't play.
