Hands free volume very low on my huawai pro 20. Volume on maximum

I have a huawai p20 pro phone and volume is very low on hands free I have only had phone six weeks I have volume on maximum can anyone advise please

I found this on a pair of wireless headphones I recently bought. Although this may not be the fix, I found that hy headphones had their own volume controls independent to those controlled by the phone, give that a go.
