Handscent running in backgroud

All of a sudden I have a notification that I cannot get rid of. Its the handcent icon and it says its running in the background. does anyone know how to get rid of that???

Press and hold the notification and it should bring up 'app info' as an option. Press that and hopefully it brings up information on Handcent. Assuming that's what happens, force stop Handcent and reopen it. That will hopefully reset the notification.
