Handsfree feature not working correctly

While I'm driving, if I receive a phone call, what's supposed to happen is that the Motorola handsfree feature is supposed to announce the call and give me the option to say answer or ignore.

What's actually happening is that the call comes in, the ringer silences, and the call still comes in. Occasionally, the handsfree will bring up a prompt for me to speak a text message to send to the caller.

Why is the handsfree feature no longer working for incoming calls? It works fine for text messages.

Does your vehicle have a hands free Bluetooth connection? If so, it may be taking priority over the Moto system. If no Bluetooth in vehicle, check your settings in the Moto app.

I have Bluetooth in my car, but the phone is not connected. I looked at the settings in there moto app, and it's set to announce calls and texts. Only the text announce seems to work.
