Hey all, just wanted to stop by and say I've been lurking here for months, but since I didn't have an EVO yet, really didn't have anything to add to any discussion.
Well I finally got it a few days ago through BestBuy and couldn't be more pleased. This is a purchase I've been salivating and engorging myself on every readable article on since March. I pretty much knew more about the EVO before I got it than I did with my BB when I transferred.
I've read a lot of reviews and decided to grab PhantomSkinz' Chromatic Carbon Fiber Skin, and hold off on a screen protector until I'm convinced I need one.
Also, don't know if anyone else did this, but I cancelled my Sprint insurance to pick up BestBuy's since they don't have a deductible, but it's 3 bucks more a month.
tl;dr - Got my new phone, couldn't be happier, can't wait to contribute and glad that Android has such an awesome community to go along with it.
