Happy with update...helped alot.

I am a little amazed there are so many complaints with this phone after the update. Previous to update, my battery life was terrible. I got 6-8 hours most. I changed out my wallpaper from google maps and after the update....my battery life soared to almost 24 hrs. AND I am using it more!
The camera is MUCH improved! I hated it before. The phone seems snappier over all. Whats not to like?

I came from a Blackberry tour....I was going to stay with Blackberry and get the new bold but my son convinced me to go android. I regretted it for some time considering the learning curve and the terrible battery life. The camera was useless to me with blurry pictures from the worlds slowest shutter. SINCE the update....Its like a new phone! I noticed in my years with Blackberry alot of folks complained on the crackberry forum....that seems the same here. I don't know what everyone expects from these devices. I am long of tooth and find it incredible that we are carrying pocket PC's around and complaining! I have no complaints anymore. The video's are clear and fast, the browser is quick, voice recognition is good, and Zumocast links me to my home PC. Amazing device!

I agree with you. Not my first DROID though. My phone had a couple little hiccups here and there before the update. Was disappointed with the camera... but I always loved it anyways.

But after the update.. wow.. like a whole new phone. The camera is amazing, no little hiccups anymore. I'm shocked by how many people are, and have been, whining about this phone. My buddy also has a bionic and loves it.

This phone is amazing. I have a hard time putting it down. I've had the OG DROID, and the DInc.

Oh and btw... the Bionic is Consumer Reports #1 phone, on America's #1 network

Yeah, this phone is much improved after update. My headphone whine is gone and the camera is much faster. Those were the only two complaints I had with it.
