Haptic Button Click / Issues?

I have recently discovered what I think is a new phenomenon with my Droid. At times (not all the time) when I press the haptic feedback keys on the front of the phone I will hear a "click" in addition to the haptic vibration. This only happens when the phone is closed. When I slide the phone open, the click does not sound, so I don't think it's an issue with the vibration motor iteslf, especially because it doesn't happen all the time.

Anyone have any suggestions / experience with this? Thanks for the help!

I've had issues with my screen being loose towards the bottom left corner, aswell as other people have too.

Near the Return/Back haptic key.

The click your hearing is PROBABLY the front (screen) half of the phone hitting the back (keyboard) half of the phone.

I would seem to agree with BerkleyJ. Especially because I don't seem to have this problem when the screen is open and only sometimeswhen the phone is closed.

Can anyone suggest a fix or had any other experiences. I'm debating returning the phone under warranty, but don't want a refurbished one that might have something even more major wrong with it.

Any help on making a decision would be great! Thanks!
