Haptic feedback S8

Hello everyone,
I noticed recently that the haptic feedback on my S8 recently has been feeling pretty abysmal. I thought I may be going crazy and maybe just thinking it was always this way until I went in to my local best buy and started playing around with the floor models of S8 and S8+. Both had a much stronger haptic response. almost as if it was "deeper" feeling and mine is shallow. Ive been reading as much as I can about it and my haptic feedback intensity is set to max. Should I go in to samsung and ask about it?

Haptic feedback is hardware related I think. If yours is unacceptable, and under warranty, you may want to see about an exchange.
