Haptic Feedback - Stuck?

Hey, I noticed that the vibration motor for my haptic feedback seems to be getting jammed. Halfway through typing out a message it will stop vibrating.. until I smack it on my hand to free the motor..

Any ideas?

Try taking it back to the Verizon store. Hopefully it will be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
