OK.. so Im gonna start out by saying that i am not a total noob and ive rooted and flashed alot of phones. So last night i was going to flash a new rom onto my att galaxy s3 sgh-1747, and i totally $%^$^$ it up. Was really tired n didn't read the whole file name, but to my question. I have no power nothing on screen, but when i plug the phone into computer it makes the connected device noise, but adb odin or kies don't recognize it. Tried usb jig nothing, i plugged it into computer without the battery in and the red charging led come on for a min... Im just trying to figure out if I am for sure hard bricked and if so, where can i send it to get a jtag? Thank you to whoever takes the time to read this, i know there is tons of posts about this.

Can you boot into recovery or download? If not, I'm afraid you're toast. A mail-away service with a JTAG device should be able to restore it.

What did you flash?

no download or recovery, and a i9300

If you're saying you flashed an i9300 ROM to your AT&T phone, then yes, you're almost certainly bricked. And if you can't get into recovery or download, there's no simple fix you can apply. There's a reason ROMs say they're for the i9300, or the sgh-1747, or the L710, etc. They're not compatible with each other.

This guy can unbrick it for you, for a fee: JTAG Unbrick Service - Bricked my Phone
