If your having issues then wipe everything and flash the ROM again.

The phone is just locking up more and Swype wont work.

This may not help you, but I was having problems locking up on SRF 1.1.1 & Bonsia 4.xxx, it wound up being a failing SD card, I replaced it with a 16 gig class 10 & not another issue.
