Has any one received their trade-in credit yet

I have send back my Pixel 5 Trade in for $500 off my new Pixel 6. It was in mint condition so hopefully no issues receiving the full credit. Here in Canada its handled directly by a third party return center not by Google Canada.

Verizon taking their... extremely sweet time on both my sets of credits. Getting a manager on VZ Business has been absolutely impossible.

I dont know about Verizon but i got a email Google giving the 405.00 for my pixel 5 trade in

Received my email from Google re my trade in and they evaluated my Pixel 5 for the full $500

Mailed mine back Monday, got email confirmation early this morning (11 hours ago) it was received and pending assessment.

Then just received this notification:

Finally... Received my confirm of Verizon trade bill credits $350.00 for Note 9... I really liked that phone... and $450.00 front end Business account credits. The next phone will be unlocked and not from any carrier.

took me two weeks for the Pixel 5 credit to be applied to my Verizon account. I bought through Google Store, btw.
