Has anybody else had sim tray trouble?

Got my new gold s6 today and for the life of me I can't get the sim tray open. The pin goes in and the tray moves ever so slightly but that's it.. So annoyed that I can't use it. Been trying for about an hour and nothing.

Gotta go Vodafone shop tomorrow now

Yes, I have the same problem with my S6. Going to the shop first thing in the morning. Any luck since then?
