Has anybody had any problems with Walmart Family Mobile lately?

Usually I can figure these kinds of things out but frankly I am just baffled. Is anybody else having trouble over the past few days? I have had it for over a year with no problems but starting yesterday (4-30-15) in the middle of the day the mobile data just stopped working and hasn't worked since. I can make calls and text and WiFi works fine at home but I get nothing on my 3G data. I did not mess with any settings or anything, it just happened during normal use. I had not installed any new apps or been to any strange sites between the time it worked and stopped working and I usually have good signal. I have looked through everything in the settings since then, talked to customer service, rebooted several times, removed and replaced the SIM card and even reset the phone to factory default and still no luck. I am currently using a US 3G model of the first Moto G. This is the unlocked 16 gig version bought off Amazon running 4.4.4 KitKat, Model XT1034. I was curious as I noticed their website has been down during the same period of time but their customer service is so abysmal I can't get any information out of the phone service.

doesn't that use T-Mob service? maybe it's time to switch to Straight Talk (AT&T) or better.

I have been having exact same problem. Last week my data just quit working on all 3 phones we have on plan. Wifi still works. I have called 12 times, done numerous setting changes they suggested, did a factory reset. They keep telling me there is antenna maintenance? I am not sure what to believe. They just say it will be up to 72 hours until fixed. Well, 72 hours has come and gone, still no data. I am really frustrated with the lack of service on this issue. Everytime I call I feel as though I am getting runaround. Nobody seems to know anything.
 
Same thing happened to me with the Moto G 2nd Gen. The WMobile service rep just told me to erase everything and reset the phone. Still won't work. Phone keeps dropping and breaking up calls. No data. He was also trying to sell me a cheap $20 touchscreen phone in case the reset won't work. Maybe I can get a refund???? This is bad!:(
