has anyone else gotten this pop-up?

Every time I update or download an app this same pop up comes up for a split second. Tried several Antivirus and anti malware apps but they finds nothing. Any suggestions?

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Google Play Store, and select Clear Cache. Follow it with a Power Off and Restart.
Any good?
