Has anyone else had this problem?

I've tried completely draining my battery and then recharging it

If you look at the screenshot, I had just unplugged the phone from the charger and it says 5 seconds remaining on the battery. This will stay like this until around 70-80%

No it says you've been running on battery for 5 seconds. You have 98 % left.
