Has anyone else on Sprint not received a shipping confirmation?

I purchased the S8+ in orchid gray and silver. The silver one is shipped but the gray one hasn't. I chatted with Sprint and they said they are still waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer for the S8+ in gray. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
