Has anyone ever used those Power Hit disposable chargers?

I've seen them online and in Tesco and not sure if they are worth trying. I'm going to do some further research myself but just interested if anyone here has used them?

A few pounds for a 600mAh one-time-use power bank (unless you want to tear it apart to recharge it)? For a few pounds (or dollars) more, you can get a 12,000mAh power bank. It doesn't seem very economical. (I can't even find anything smaller than 10,000mAh for less money.)
