has anyone found the definitive answer to windows 7 "usb device not recognised...".

Nexus 4/Windows 7. Tried every combination imaginable to make connection. Have been deep. Still nothing. Cannot connect N4 to my PC. thanks, Bill

Go to my computer --> right click -->manage -->device manager --> Universal Serial Bus Controller and check if you see any yellow question mark. If there is any, just delete those and click scan for hardware change. If you your machine added the same yellow question marks, delete them and restart your machine.
