Has anyone had this happen?

Earlier I recieved a call and after they hung up I looked at my screen and there was a picture of an Android guy posing in front of a furniture store. I had no idea what this was I then uninstalled the last 3 or 4 apps I downloaded and it stopped doing it, but has anyone else ever had this happen?

I haven't got that..but now, every text msg I receive has the little green guy at the end of the message

Did you have WhitePages installed? It tries to do something with caller ID to track down the name of the person or company that calls you.
