Has anyone in Canada received the mid November update?

When Google released the mid-November it was only for the US and Japan and all other countries are going to receive it with the December update..

It looks like Dec 13th for CANADA. I saw Fido's update schedule and based on my knowledge, i think all the carriers release updates for a device on the same day.
