I recently took Samsung up on their buy one get one free on a trade in off er. they said that it could take up to 3 business days to process then it will ship after that well my 3rd business day has past and I didn't receive any confirmation of it sending. it still says order processing. I know that I may be being impatient but I just wanted to see if I was in the same boat as everyone else or if I am in a boat alone. haha thanks
I got my buy one get one phones today. I ordered last Saturday. Received notification they shipped this morning.
awesome thank you so much for that! I ordered mine Monday morning and I haven't heard from them. I expect it should go through by tomorrow I'm hoping! if not then I should contact them right?
Never know. I called them yesterday to confirm order since the Samsung Shop app still showed pending. Person I spoke with confirmed order and said it hadn't been shipped yet. Evidently it had as I received it today.
thanks really weird and that's how mines been. they require signature though don't they? does you order say shipped now on the app?

I got my S8 during the 1st trade in promotion. It was sent by FedEx. Ordered on 6/19 and got confirmation of shipping on 6/22. Arrived 6/25.
