Has anyone seen their Rakuten cash back hit their Rakuten account?

Previously, I would see the cash back hit my Rakuten account the next day after an order, but I have not see it yet for my order of my Note 20 Ultra, nor have I seen it for my order of the Galaxy Watch3. I've opened up inquiries with Rakuten and usually they are quick to correct this, but they are going to Samsung to inquire and they give them 45 days to answer, so I have no answers yet.

Did people see it hit their Rakuten account (not back account, since that's separate) the day after they made their order for their Note 20?
 
I have a lot of problems with my cash back it never hits my account after the purchase. I use to get an email right away but no longer don't know what's going on but I did get my big check last month and that's all that counts.
 
My was there immediately but wasn't finalized till shipped. If you write them they are pretty good about it.
 
I had to contact them as mine originally did not show up. They looked into it and took care of it.

Same here. I had to inquire about why I was given a 3% cash back when it was 10% percent. They asked for my invoice which I gave and they adjusted soon thereafter. But only after the phone had shipped.
 
I received mine pretty quickly, but it decreased 3 times since I initially got it. I inquired about it and they said I'd hear back within 45 days.
 
Ahh, thanks - at least most of you saw it in your account immediately after the purchase. After both of my orders, I received that popup from the browser extension saying that it would be added to my account the next day, but it never did for either. Now I have two inquiries with Rakuten and they have to give 45 days for Samsung to respond to each of their inquiries. I've never had this happen before like this. If they did an inquiry, it was resolved pretty fast.

I remember last year with my Note 10+ it was in my account immediately the next day.

There is a section in the app in your cash back history called missing cash back, click that and Enter the details and they will add it. I use it all the time
 
Just an update.. after about 30+ days after my inquiry, they let me know they were unable to verify the order with Samsung but they decided to give me a credit of 10% anyway. I honestly don't even remember what the rate was when I placed the order, but I think it was more like 3% or 6%... So, that was nice of them, but the standard process of waiting was something I never had to experience before when I had an issue.

2 days later they also credited me 10% for the Watch3 order as well. I'm grateful they finally corrected this but it does make me wonder why my last several orders were not properly detected. The extension itself detects the orders and says I will receive the cashback by the next day - but in reality, it doesn't hit my account. I hate to keep inquiring each time.

That happened to me and some others with the S20 so I guess Samsung doesn't always confirm the orders properly.
