Has anyone seen this on their droid device and how did you bypass it

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 did a factory data reset and now when I go into the browser it display this message Unable to access web browser through Wi-Fi due to an unauthorized factory reset

That's the FRP. You need to connect with your google account assocuated with your phone before the reset.
