Has anyone tried Orea yet?

The first alpha for O is out, has anyone tried it yet?

My understanding is that unless you're bootloader is unlocked, you're not able to download and install o yet.

You have to install a factory image, that's not a problem. I usually wait for the second alpha or the first beta before I install then next gen OS but I was wondering if anyone has had the courage to install this one. Supposedly they are addressing the battery issues so I thought I would give it a whirl if it was reasonably sane, but I like someone else to go first which is why I'm asking about it.
