Has Marshmallow Fixed the RAM Management issues on Galaxy S6??

For those who have Marshmallow on their Galaxy S6 Phones, has it fixed or improved the RAM management issues? Has the lag and slow responses in some tasks been resolved?

No, it has not been resolved. Apps constantly reload in the background despite having over half a gigabyte of RAM. I am not on power saving or cellular network, either. I am amazed when I switch from YouTube for 30 seconds to search for a definition on the Google app and switch back to YouTube and the YouTube isn't reloaded.
