Has The Lollipop Update Stopped Auto Uploading Photos From The Screenshot Folder?

I use screenshots to display the album art of music I am listening to on my Google+ page. Prior to the Lollipop update the screenshots uploaded automatically, just like every other photo. Since the update, they no longer upload automatically. This is the case on both my Nexus 5 and 4. My Sony Z1s, that is still on KitKat, continues to upload them as always. Has anyone else noticed this?

Does this violate "Net Neutrality" in some way! /s
