Has the November update come out for AT&T phones yet?

I was out of country for the last week so not sure if I would have gotten updates but I saw posts here I believe of T-Mobile or other carriers releasing their November updates for the Note 8 but didn't see any post from AT&T owners and just checking... Usually all the carriers released within days of each other and odd AT&T would still be this behind since the Note 8 came out?

August?? We've been kept updated pretty well since release and we're on October.

I don't have the 8, so I could only go by what I could find on AT&T's site. However, I should have known better as AT&T can't (or won't) even post update files in case someone who might know what they are doing to force flash updates if they want. My Note 5 is several updates behind as the update button in settings insists that I am up to date.

AT&T Note 8 is currently on the October 2018 security patch

AT&T in Wyoming, still on the August 1st patch, just checked manually, says up to date.
