Have to switch back to s21 ultra. Love the s22 Ultra but signal issues still not fixed. Constant no signal symbol. Missing texts and phone calls. Have to restart phone to fix it 3 or 4 times a day. I factory reset phone and will load each app individually instead of smart switch to see if that helps. If not I'll have to wait until hopefully an update fixes it but I fear it's the new modem in the s22 Ultra thats problematic

Do you have a locked or unlocked ultra? Which carrier? I have an unlocked on T mobile not a single call missed, dropped, getting messages. Have you gotten a new s or called your carrier?

i'm guessing you've already spoken to your carrier? what did they say regarding the issue?
have you tried reaching out to samsung? reproduce the no signal status issue then immediately report the issue to samsung using samsung members app > get help > error report (assuming you can connect to internet through wifi)

Also, since I've been using S21 ultra today, no signal drops. Irritating because I love the s22 Ultra.

I had an Samsung s9+ that had signal problems. I read several posts at xda developers about the same or similar issues. Someone was keeping a spreadsheet of the problems by carrier, region & country. Samsung support said updates would fix the issue. There were improvements, but never a true fix. Meanwhile, my Husband's s9 worked fine. I finally just bought the Note 20U when it was released.

The point of this ramble is you might want to return your s22 Ultra for a new one if you can & not rely on a firmware fix.

I regret that I didn't return my s9+ immediately...

I hope you get the matter resolved.

Try safe mode also for certain amount of time just to rule out anything 3rd party
