I've had ICS on my NS4G for 2 months.

Its a Nexus! Root, flash ICS ROM, solved. You're welcome.

Seriously, what does ICS have that you absolutely must HAVE right NOW!!!!!?????? Settle down man, it's a phone...I guarantee that being 1 rev back on the OS is not harming your quality of life in any way. And if your NEEEEEEEEEDDDDDSSSS it that bad you can drop Sprint and run over to Verizon or root/ROM your phone.
