Hate the new Update

I just downloaded the new update for my HTC Inspire. And I hate it. Does anyone know how to undo the update? I hate the new layout for the app menu and I don't like the tabs on the the new notification bar.

I just downloaded my update on the Samsung galaxy s2 epic4 g touch.... And I HATE THE NEW UPDATE TOO.... does anyone know how to undo it????

I also hate the new update.....In phone, I cannot get all information previously available???? I would also like to undo update?????

There's no "undo", since the old version isn't there any more. There are only 2 ways to change it. Either find a ROM of the old version (probably impossible) or flash some ROM written for your phone that you do like (Cyanogen or something similar).
