Simply put. I just lost 72 percent in less than 3 hours. This has been happening for a month or so now. That, and of I'm not on wifi, you can forget great Internet connectivity. Grrrr...

If a phone is working properly, it is not necessary to jump through hoops and disable half the phone's features in order to prevent extreme battery drain.

There is some specific hardware or software flaw causing OP's problem.

Bad signal will kill batteries quickly.
