have a circle with a line on a slope through it on my S7Edge and it drops calls when im making them

it seems to drop in and out a wifi etc and it is a new phone no one seems to be able to tell me what to do?

If the "circle with a diagonal line through it" 🛇 is in the notification bar, it means you have no mobile service.
