Apps keep auto updating on LG stylo 3, even when all individual app auto update hase been turned off, play store setting for auto update off and all apps denied all permission from phone besides the google assistant. I see a lawsuit happening to Android.

Welcome to Android Central I don't see a lawsuit happening. That sounds pretty frivolous to me.
Are these apps preinstalled on the phone? If so, it might be LG or the carrier that's automatically updating the apps via system update, rather than the Play Store.
