You might try an app like toast tracker or toast source, should be able to tell you where the pop-up is from.

It's most likely a browser redirect, not a virus. Clear your browsing history and data (in the Privacy menu) "from the beginning of time." And if you're using Chrome, do the same on your desktop browser, since things might sync over. For good measure, clear the app cache/data in Settings>Apps for your browser. Now see if the problem comes back.
